1 cup of earl grey tea w/ stevia and lemon

a cup of milk with coconut oil.
4pm
1/4 of a med. carrot
1 cup of Redbush Chai
6pm
Romain Salad, Avocado, Squash (w/ garlic & butter) and Org. Grassfed Beef Sirloin Steak (w/ garlic and butter)
Exercise
None today. Feeling a bit tired, stressed and just plain worn out.
