May 1st Low Carb Menu

6am
2 large cups of organic coffee with whole milk


8:30am
3 eggs and one bowl of low carb breakfast porridge


2pm

leftovers -organic pork liver, asparagus (with butter and thyme), squash with garlic butter, 2 slices of organic grassfed beef summer sausage, homemade lacto-fermented sauerkraut, and 2 slices of tomato a very small handful of spinach (that was all that was left!)



(it looks like a lot of food but I was still a bit hungry after eating that)

1 cup of Yogi Chai Green tea

4:30pm
3 tablespoons of organic peanut butter (just peanuts)


1 cup of Yogi Redbush Chai tea


9:30pm

1/2 sliced raw red pepper from my daughters lunch
approx. 30 almonds



Exercise

45min brisk walk
