June 2nd Low Carb Menu

6am
2 large cups of organic coffee with milk

10am
3 organic eggs with mozzarella cheese
1 avocado
lacto-fermented salsa

4pm
1 cup of yogurt

6:30pm
Full plate of romaine salad (plain)
Spaghetti squash
organic grassfed beef
homemade Alfredo Sauce


1/2 raw orange pepper

9:30pm
1 cup of lacto-fermented sauerkraut

11pm
1 cup of organic milk and 2 tablespoons of coconut oil

Exercise
30 min brisk walk
