June 3rd Low Carb Menu

6am
1 large cup of organic coffee with milk

8:30am
3 organic eggs with mozzarella cheese and green onions
1 avocado
1 tomato
2 large cups of Earl Grey Tea with milk




1pm
3 Low Carb Coconut Herb buns



4pm
2 tablespoons of cashew butter

6:30pm
green beens with butter
Romaine salad (plain)
Peanut Ginger Steak (grassfed organic)
