June 9th Low Carb Menu

6am
2 large cups of organic coffee with milk

10am
Spaghetti Squash
3 organic eggs
1 cup of yogurt

3pm
2 cheese strings

4pm
2 tablespoons of cashew butter

5:30pm
romaine salad (plain)
cauliflower and pork chop

10pm
1 bowl of lacto-fermented sauerkraut
