May 31st Low Carb Menu

8am
2 large cups of organic coffee with milk
3 organic eggs
around 15 organic brazil nuts

1pm
shrimp stir fry with one tomato, onion and garlic
1 avocado

8pm
bowl of sauerkraut
4 squares (tablespoon size) of sugar free chocolate, peanut butter, coconut oil (sweetened with stevia and organic erythritol)
1 cup of coconut water

10pm
1 cup of organic milk with 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
