May 30th Low Carb Menu

8am
2 cups of organic coffee with milk
3 organic eggs
a few slices of brie cheese

1pm
scrambled eggs
1/2 avocado
cream cheese

7pm
1.5 schnitzel pieces
cauliflower with butter
romaine salad



3 squares (tablespoon size) of peanut butter, sugar free chocolate, cream cheese, coconut oil (sweetened with stevia and xylitol)
