May 11th Low Carb Menu

6am - 8:00am
2 large cups of organic coffee with milk

8:30am
Romain Salad (plain), 3 organic eggs with cheese
1 bowl of lacto-fermented sauerkraut

2pm
Leftover organic chicken pieces and cauliflower (chicken had celery and onions in it)



4:30pm
2 heaping tsp. of coconut oil with organic milk

9pm
Sauerkraut and organic chicken giblets


Exercise
45min walk and 20min Unstoppable Fat Loss workout (today was high intensity interval training)
