May 21st Low Carb Menu

6am
2 large cups of organic coffee with milk

9:30am
Organic Pork Chop,
broccoli
and 2 organic eggs




4pm
1 cup of lacto-fermented sauerkraut


6:30pm
organic beef liver breaded with almond flour

homemade lacto-fermented salsa

Romain Salad
(not pictured)



9pm

kids leftover dinner (some broccoli and 1 organic egg)

3/4 cup milk with 2 tbsp coconut oil
