May13th Low Carb Menu

6am
2 large cups of organic coffee with milk

8:30am
3 organic eggs with mozzerala cheese

9:30am

1:30pm
1 bowl of lacto-fermented sauerkraut

6:30pm
Organic pork liver pate made with onions, celery, chicken bone broth and sprinkled with green onions. I dipped my pate with celery sticks. The kids had theirs with organic corn chips.



8pm
homemade lemon ginger tea



Exercise
30 min walk and 20 min Unstoppable Fat Loss butt and leg workout
