May 2nd Low Carb Menu

8:30am
2 cups of organic coffee with milk
1 cup of fermented milk
3 organic eggs, 2 slices of grassfed beef summer sausage
2 slices of tomato

3pm
Camembert cheese

4pm
20 brazil nuts
3 tablespoons of creamed coconut (this is actually very delicious. It has a very subtle sweetness but low sugars on the package)


5pm
2 bowls of veggie soup made with chicken bone broth and kale, carrots, celery, green onions, cilantro, ginger and tumeric

small bowl of lacto fermented sauerkraut


8pm
homemade chocolate (made with 1tsp erythritol and stevia) and almonds
half of a grapefruit and stevia
Exercise:
45 minute walk.
I really wanted to do an Unstoppable Fat Loss leg workout today after my girls bedtime but my youngest daughter is having trouble sleeping. It got too late to exercise...
