May 18th Low Carb Menu

9am
2 large cups of organic coffee with milk
3 eggs with cheese
2 coconut flax herb "buns" with cheese

1:30pm
2 salmon wraps on Collard leaves (with mayo, green onion, radish and tomato)



7:30pm
(We had dinner at my friends house. They just happen to be vegan and they did an awesome job at providing a semi low carb vegan dinner. It was delicious)

celery sticks with peanut butter (kids had raisins)
2 slices of lentil walnut loaf,
black beans with veggies (zucchini and celery)
side veggies (asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower)
salad greens with raw veggies

There was no butter for the veggies so we ate them plain.
