May 8th Low Carb Menu

6am
2 cups of organic coffee with milk

8:30am

2 fried organic eggs with butter and cheese


2pm

leftovers beef stew (2 bowls) from dinner with lacto-fermented sauerkraut


4pm
1 cup of organic kefir

4:30pm
4 squares (size of a tablespoon) of peanut butter, coconut oil chocolate bars sweetened with stevia and organic erythritol.

I made my kids a homemade ice cream with a raspberry sauce for my kids. I took some raspberry sauce (2 tablespoons) and drizzled it on my homemade chocolate. It was great.


6:30pm

Caesar salad with organic bacon and homemade dressing

kids left over pork chop (1/4 of chop)



Exercise
I went for a 1hr stroll.
