May 25th Low Carb Menu

6am
2 cups of organic coffee with milk

8:30am
3 organic eggs
2 tbsp of flax

1pm
1 avocado
handful of almonds

7pm
Low Carb Coconut Chicken Curry
Cauliflower
Salad with tomatoes and homemade vinegar herb salad dressing

Exercise
None today. We had company over.
