May15th Low Carb Menus

6am
2 large cups of organic coffee with milk

8:30am
3 eggs

1 bowl of chicken soup made with organic bone broth


2:00pm

1 bowl of leftover chicken soup
with some grass fed organic hamburger
1 bowl of lacto-fermented sauerkraut






6pm

330ml coconut water

1 avocado


7pm

steamed kale with butter and raw garlic

leftover organic pork liver pate with 3 pickle slices
ginger turmeric tea




Exercise
45min brisk walk
