May 16th Low Carb Menu

11am
2 cups of organic coffee with milk
3 organic eggs
broccoli
1 bowl of lacto-fermented sauerkraut

8pm
shrimp with garlic and cream sauce
leftover steamed kale, butter and raw garlic
left over broccoli
330ml of Coconut Water





9pm

2 squares (size of a tablespoon) of peanut butter chocolate squares sweetened with stevia and Erythritol
Unsweetened carob chips and Brazil nuts mix (small handful)
1 cup of Organic Kefir
