May 20th Low Carb Menu

6:15 am
2 large cups of organic coffee with milk

9am
2 bowls of soup made with chicken bone broth, organic spinach, wild leeks, 1 carrot, 3 stalks of celery and leftover organic Pork Chop

1 cup of lacto-fermented sauerkraut




4pm
1 bowl of organic yogurt (plain), 2 small handfuls of soaked almonds, small handful of Brazil nuts and unsweetened carob chips

6pm
Lemon Garlic whitefish on a bed of organic spinach, broccoli with butter and tomato



I will probably have my coconut oil in a cup of milk tonight as well.

Exercise
30 min brisk walk
