May 17th Low Carb Menu

11am
2 cups of organic coffee with milk
3 organic eggs with mozzarella cheese
1 tomato
1 cup of kefir

3pm
3 coconut flax herb "buns" with butter and mozzarella cheese


6:30pm

taco salad - made with Romain lettuce, grass fed ground beef, tomatoes, orange peppers, green onions, shredded mozza cheese and homemade Caesar dressing. I normally use cucumbers as my "nacho chips" but my cucumber was on the funky side so I omitted it.




9pm
3/4 cup of lacto-fermented sauerkraut
and an avocado

Exercise

45 min brisk walk
