May 26th Low Carb Menu

6am
2 large cups of organic coffee with milk

8:15am
3 organic eggs
4 organic pork breakfast sausages

10am
2 large cups of earl grey tea with milk

1pm
1 avocado
3/4 cup of organic milk with 2 teaspoons of coconut oil

6pm
Romain Salad (plain)
organic pork ribs with with green beans in sauce (soy sauce, rosemary, oregano and garlic)

7:30pm
3/4 cup sauerkraut
2 heaping teaspoons of organic peanut butter

9pm
3/4 cup of organic milk

Exercise
30 min run
