May 4th Low Carb Menu

6:15-8:30am
3 regular mugs of organic coffee with milk


8:30am

3 organic eggs

1 organic sausage

Romain Salad

1/2 orange pepper

1 bowl of low carb
breakfast porridge
1 cup of earl grey tea


2:30 pm

yesterday's leftover cauliflower and sirloin steak

bowl of lacto-fermented sauerkraut

5pm

small handful of Brazil Nuts



6:30pm

Spring Herb Salad

Ground beef with tomato sauce and basil

Broccoli
with butter






Exercise

Having my daughter up most of the night really wore me out. I suggested we go for a walk but she was feeling lethargic and did not want to go. We just sat out in the sun to get our vitamin D. No exercise today.
