May 12th Low Carb Menu

6am
2 large cups of organic coffee with milk

11:00am
1 boiled organic egg
2 teaspoons of cashew butter
3-4 pieces of crispy organic chicken skins
1 cup of organic chocolate yogurt sweetened with stevia
1 cup of earl grey tea with organic milk

4pm
kids leftover 1/2 boiled egg

6pm
1 piece of schnitzel with green beans

8:15pm
plain Romain Salad and kids leftover green beans


10pm
Coconut oil in organic milk


Exercise
