May 29th Low Carb Menu

6am
2 large cups of organic coffee with milk

8:30am
3 organic eggs with broccoli
1 avocado
1 cup of organic milk

1:30pm
Beef Bone Broth Soup with Broccoli and organic beef
1 cup of lacto-fermented sauerkraut

1/2 cup of soaked/toasted and skinned almonds
extra-old cheddar cheese
(this was a tasty combo)

7pm
Spinach
3/4 can of salmon, 1 tomato, radish, green onions and organic mayo
