May 22 Low Carb Menu

6am
2 large cups of organic coffee with milk

9:30am
3 organic eggs
2 tablespoons of flax seed
3/4 cup of milk with 2 tbsp Coconut Oil

4pm
1 avocado
1 cup of lacto-fermented sauerkraut

6pm
(snack while preparing dinner)
1 cup of organic milk
20 soaked & dried skinless almonds
2 tbsp cashew butter
1/4 orange pepper leftover from kids lunch

7pm
Steamed kale with butter and 2 cloves raw garlic
1 piece meatloaf made with organic ground pork and 2 pieces of chopped organic beef liver, cheese and green onions
1/2 a acorn squash with butter




Exercise
