May 7th Low Carb Menu

6am
2 cups of organic coffee with milk

9:30am
2 soft boiled organic eggs
1 bowl of lacto-fermented sauerkraut

2pm
a handful of almonds (about 25)

4pm
1 cup of organic kefir

4:30pm
ate my daughters leftover soft boiled egg from her lunch

6:30pm
2 bowls of beef stew: organic grass-fed beef stew meat, water, carrots, celery, cloves, garlic, kale and broccoli. I used about 1.5 tblsp of arrowroot flour to thicken it and salt and pepper to taste.



Exercise:
I was still feeling a bit nauseated today so my only exercise was a 45min brisk walk. After eating the kefir I felt much better - my nausea almost completely went away and my appetite came back.
