May 28th Low Carb Menu

6am
2 large cups of organic coffee with milk

8am
3 organic eggs
1 cup of organic milk

2pm
2 cups of organic plain yogurt
2 cheese strings
1/2 cup of organic brazil nuts
coconut water

6pm
1 tablespoon of cashew butter

7pm
1 organic grassfed beef pattie with mayonnaise
lacto -fermented sauerkraut and lacto-fermented mustard
1 tomato
green beans

  2. Coconut water is the water that comes out of a young green coconut. It has a lot of minerals, especially potassium. I drink it for this reason. A potassium deficiency can cause muscle cramping.

    You can buy green coconuts and crack them open yourself to extract the water or buy the water in "juice boxes". This is how I get mine. I get this coconut water at a health food store. It tastes very good.
